Workplace I have enjoyed a great 30+ year career in the construction and real estate industry. In the early years (1975-1982) I practiced as an Architect in Michigan and later in Florida. I started my real estate experience in 1983 as a commercial developer of Class A Offices towers and industrial properties in Tampa Bay. In the late 80's my career path shifted to ownership in an industrial contracting company, I spent 9 years traveling the southeast and South America serving the gas and oil industry. I returned to commercial real estate in 1989 developing shopping centers throughout Florida and post Katrina re-development in Baton Rouge and south LA. Since 2008 I have been self employed as a real estate development consultant working for select private client.
